-tuna mayo sandwich - around 300 with 2 slices bread (also depends how much you used)
-tomato pasta sauce w/quorn - around 550
-skittles - 200 calories (regilar size bag)
-digestive biscuits - 200
So i estimate your total calories to be around 1400 - 1500 calories!. Try adding in more fruits and veggies, and lay back on the candy!. The tuna sandwich and quorn fillets are good sources of protein, but watch the mayo in the tuna sandwich!. That can add a lot of fat and calories!. the clementine would be harmless at roughly 30ish cals
the yummy crisps would of been about 170 (i have them nearly everyday!.!.yummm)
each slice of bread if it was white is 111 cals!.!.!.i have no idea about tuna!?
tomato pasta, would of been high in carbs, fairly low in kcals!.!.!.500 id say roughly!.
i have never tryed Quorn Fillets!.!.sowwi!!!.!.!.are they nice!?
skittles would of been 200!.!.!.love them!!
digestive biscys would of 90 each!.!.!.you can get low sugar/kcals one, look out for them!! or you could try hobnobs, which are oaty and slightly lower in cals!!
