Right I need to lose weight gain muscle at same time and NO CRUNCHES AND NO GYM OR GYM ORIENTATED GEAR! are allowed! HELP!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try callanetics (that's not a misspelling) - totally different from other types of exercise and amazing for losing weight building muscles!. There are *some* cruch-like stomach exercises at the beginning, but really different than regular crunches, and much more effective - after only seven sessions, I've found my abs muscles are so much stronger - much more than with regular crunches! Callanetics discs and books are available on Amazon!.
Other methods I've read about (but haven't tried myself) that are also not gym or cruch-like but that are great for building muscles:
The Bar Method is similar to callanetics and supposedly also works wonders!.
T-Tapp is also supposed to be very effective for weight loss and muscle gain!.
You can also try different kinds of isometrics-based exercises, such as "The Miracle Seven" (available on Amazon)!. From what I understand, you don't need any special equipment to do the exercises!.

first watch what you eat to help you lose wight
don,t drink sodas or eat a lot of junk foods
try to eat veg drink a lot of water un stead of other drinks
now if you are a under age all ways ask mom or dad for help
they can keep a eye on you and make sure you are doing things right
you can do push ups you can run in place in side the house jump in jacks sit ups !.do not over do it it takes time to lose wight and gain muscles !.
