Question: How can I lose weight without changing the food I eat!?
I weigh about 130 pounds and I'm only 4'11" and I'm probably not getting any taller!. My parents are tall but I'm adopted so I don't have their genes!. My parents keep saying it's just baby fat but I don't belive them!. When I was a toddler I was chubby then when i was 6-9 years old i was skinny, after 9 years of age I started gaining weight again but my I didn't eat bad food!. Anyway if I gain more weight, it worries me because my doctor said if I gain more pounds it can effect my health!. I get teased because most girls around here are really skinny and beautiful, I'm like an ugly duckling!.!.I just want to improve my self esteem!.!.!.so please give me answers :-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

hey hun i had the same problem as you but i think your parents are right its just puppy fat if your in your early teens all i did was excercise and not to eat too much junk food but i started to drink more liquids than eating food i got bullied in school becoz of my weight and looks just ignore them !. The only way to lose weight is by burning more calories than you consume!. If you don't want to change your diet, then you need to exercise more to compensate!. This can be effective, but the most effective weight-loss method is diet and exercise together, in moderation of course!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
