Building muscle..body!


Question: Building muscle!.!.body
I'm 17 and i am not fat or skinny!.!.!.i'm like in the middle!.!.!.!.and i want to get a bigger body!.!.!.i'm 5!.8 and i still wanna grow a little more!.!.!.!.so i want some tips on how to get bigger shoulders and arms!.!.!.!.and also work out my legs and back!.!.!.!.!.i don't know if I should lift weights because some people say if u do that you stop growing!.!.!.but there's other people that say that's a lie!.!.!.so I don't know!.!.!.I just wanna get taller and biggerWww@Answer-Health@Com

Unfortunately there's nothing you can do to make yourself taller!. Technically you're still growing but you'll only get an inch or two more of height at the most probably!. Just continue to get a lot of sleep and eat right to help ensure that you grow to your maximum potential!. Weight training will not stop you from growing

As for your shoulders and arms, there are lots of exercises you can do!. Bicep curls, push ups, forearm curls, shrugs, etc!. There are so many you can do!. Shrugs hit your traps which are the muscles that connect your shoulders to your neck!. Shrugs are easy, just shrug your shoulders with weights in your hands!. Also for shoulders, you can work out your delts (the muscle above your bicep that sort of connects your arms to your body) by holding weights in your hands and bringing your arms up sideways, kind of like your flapping your arms like a bird flaps its wings!. Do them slow and you'll feel it in your shoulders!. Don't use to much weight for this one, 5 or 10 pounds maybe!.

For your legs do squats and calf raises!. For calf raises, just slowly stand up on your toes and slowly lower yourself back down!. For added intensity, try doing them with your toes on a step so that you are not flat footed on the ground!. Squats are pretty easy too, you just squat down bending at your knees and come back up so that you feel it in your thighs, just remember to keep your back straight and your feet a little wider then shoulder width,

Dumb bell rows are great for your back!. Get on a bench so that one arm and one knee are planted on the bench with the other foot on the floor and a dumb bell in your other hand!. Pull the dumb bell up with your back muscles!. Also, if you can, do some pull ups!. They're great for your back!.

Be sure to take in plenty of protien for your muscles!. Some high protien/low calorie foods I reccommend are soy nuts, cottage cheese and tofu!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

The part of you getting taller is up to your genetics whatever you are suppose to become you will become!. but the part about getting bigger this is where u can shine!. Lifting at the age of 17 is perfectly fine and you will not stop growing lifting weights correctly only if u take certain supplements may stunt growth!. so if you want big shoulders and arms start lifting and go by this routine

Monday: Shoulders/traps/abs
Wednesday: Chest and Triceps
Friday: Bicep/Back

Thats a good beginner split!. and for your shoulder lifts i recommend military presses/dumbell press/ lateral raises and trap lifts!.
The rest is basics like biceps you can do curls/flat curls/hammer curls whatever your heart desires remember to rest in between those days which is why u should start 3x a week and DONT FORGET YOUR PROTEIN STAY NATURAL good luck Www@Answer-Health@Com
