Question: I want a flat stomach anyone who can help gets 10 points
you see, i'm not too much over weight i'm 15 yrs old, 5'3'' and i weigh 130 lbs!. but i want to have a flat stomach and my stomach is really bothering me!. my thighs are also bothering me!. my problems is that i don't have much fruits and vegetables at home and no one's home all day!. so all i have to eat is pretty much pretsels and cookies!. can anyone help me with a healthy meal plan!? please and thank you!. Answers:
One day go grocery shopping with someone and grab fruits and NO junk food!. Then at home just have small portions of your meals and then have some fruits after!. For example if you're watching tv or on the computer instead of having cookies you can have a nice bowl of grapes to snack on, that's what my mom did to me and my sister and we both lost a ton of weight because of it!. Then of course you must exercise!. So in front of the tv do situps every commercial or so!. And try searching for different thigh exercises and then drink tons of water!. As long as you keep that up, i'm sure you'll have a flat stomach soon enough :)

I wouldn't believe anyone who told you that you didn't have to exercise at all and still lose weight!. That probably wouldn't help you much!. You should drink water, eat smaller meals more often!. Instead of eating 3 times a day eat 5!. As far as your abs I know of a very good step by step program in the link below!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
