20 lbs in 3 weeks/ You're joking, I hope!. There is no weight loss plan that will take 20 lbs off in three weeks, much less SAFELY!. The fastest you should be losing weight is no more than 2 lbs per week (that's 6 lbs in 3 weeks)!.
You have to create a calorie deficit either by exercising more or eating less or ideally both!. 3500 calories is 1 lb of fat!. So to lose 1 lb per week you're looking at a deficit of 500 calories a day!. To lose 2 lbs per week you're looking at 1000 calories a day!. Do you see why 20 lbs in 3 weeks would not be feasible!? That's almost 7 lbs per week or 3500 calories per day!. You would be STARVING yourself and exercising like crazy and neither of those is healthy!. Your body WILL NOT thank you for it!.
Pick an exercise and dietary routine you can stick to for the long run!. The results will be slower, but will stay better and your body will be much healthier for it!. Starvation will hinder your weight loss goals as your body will ration calories when it thinks it's starving- meaning it will be much harder to burn any!.

well its not going to be that simple!.!.!.it takes a while so u would have to actually try and stick to a diet!.!.!.exercise by using handweights if u cant do push-ups and go running or swimming or biking!.!.!.they are really good for u and its fun!.!.so yeahWww@Answer-Health@Com
Well, My advice is Definatley to eat a lot better!. No junk food, just a healthy balance of the food triangle!. Take walks with your friends, and ride your bike, play sports!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
