That is a crock of bull!!! I have seen elephants playing vollyball and they do a very good job of jumping and spiking and landing flat on their faces on the gym floor!.
Most you can lose in 15 days would be about 3 pounds and remain healthy!. Most likely if you are a vollyball player, you are all muscle to start with and that doesn't equate to any losable weight!. Muscle weighs more than fat does!.

Take a bunch of diuretics, and do a colon-cleanse program as well!. Go to GNC and ask for a supplement that helps get rid of retained water (like what body builders use before shows)
and along with those cheats, stick with a strict diet with minimum 1 gallon of water a day (this will help keep your body from wanting to retain water + it will speed your metabolism); very low carb intake, higher protein intake, no added salts, cut out sugars, cut out polyunsaturated fats!.!.!. and !.!.!.

Forget it - the only way it would even be possible would be totally unhealthy and deplete you of necessary electrolytes etc!. IF you say you need to lose this much for volleyball can't you just tone up as much as poss!. and have them take your BMI to show you are healthy enough to play!? Www@Answer-Health@Com
you can do it, drink a couple cups or so of coffee in the morning, this will curb your appeitite and give you energy!. wait until about 2 or 3 oclock and eat a healthy meal!. baked chicken and vegetables are good!. then eat a very light meal at night ( bowl of cerel, fruit, raw veggies etc!.) exercise morning and evening!. ( walk jog or run) 30 to 45 min!. each time!. watch the weight drop rapidly!. good luck!.

okay i was watching mtv yesterday and tey had true life on and it was about bing eaters and this dude only ate 400 calories a day in 1 meal and he would exersice and loose a puond or two a day but i would not do that it is really unheathy!.
just take it slow and be carefull!.
