you are a little overweight!.
but not by much!
the easy way is to just eat healthy,
and do cardio (running,jogging,swimming) EVERDAY for at LEAST 30 minutes!.

That is a good healthy weight!. If you eat 3 moderate meals a day, with two light snacks, and cut out junk food you might slowly lose a few more pounds in a healthy way!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
