Question: Too much weight lifting!?
I've been weight lifting quite often now that I have been trying to bulk up my lean body for swimming and other sports!. However, I am quite young and still growing!. I heard that working out on heavy weights will stunt my growth!. So what should I do!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Weight lifting doesn't stunt your growth!. That's just a myth!. Don't let that false idea stop your workouts!.
However, too much exercise of any kind can hurt you!. Basically, exercise is a form of stress on your body and it can eventually add up if you don't rest!. Just one day of rest a week is fine!. But after a few months, you might want to take a few days off to recharge!. Oh, be sure you're getting enough sleep at night too!.
