Hey, so i started running!. But my parents are weird, so i just do it in place!. The back of my calves are a little sore [actually a lot :( ]!. I can't walk properly, or go down the stairs with out cringing and biting my lip!. ahhh!. lol tips!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

stand on the edge of a step and rise on your tiptoes and then back down and sink on your heels, it stretches those muscles and is good for your achilles!.!.!.!.!.!.also sit on the ground and stretch, it is good for you and you should always do it after excersise to prevent tearing and pulling musclesWww@Answer-Health@Com
