Correct amount of exercise?
Im 21 year old female i weigh 120 lbs or 53.7 kilos. I am 164cms tall. I want to tone my butt and thighs and have been doing lunges (as i read that these are good as they dont produce too much muscle, they tone.)
But i cannot find any information anywhere telling me how often and how many to do each time to make a result.
Id like to know how often a week, and how many i should do each time, or for how long?

the ideal is: 3 or 4 times a week, for 20 to 30 minutes. it depends on your free time...
