I need a workout routine that builds muscle!.

What should I be doing for a beginner like me!?

Get yourself Muscle and Fitness for Men or some other magazines like that one, they usually have pullout work out schedules in them in the center of the book!.!. High protien low fat for your diet!.!.!. No sodas and if you want to bulk up eat lots of steak!.!.!. REALLY!.!.!.

First off you should consult a professional for a new workout regimen!. But you are wanting to build muscle so I suggest weight lifting!. Work different parts each day!. Example!.!.!.!.!.today-legs and abs, tomorrow arms and abs!. You should try to workout your abs daily because having a strong core is the key to a strong body!. Good Luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

go to a good trainer and explain ur needs and they will draft u a good routine!.!.!.!. and don't miss them!! and don't over stress ourself or take any steroids or special proteins!! Www@Answer-Health@Com
