If you're going to be a vegetarian, don't do what some of them do and eat lots of processed/pre-cooked foods and lots of cheese, because that'll make you gain weight!. Most food that is ready-to-eat generally isn't very healthy!.
The best way to lose weight on a vegetarian diet would be to eat lots of wholegrain foods, fruit and veggies!. Make veggie stir-fries and add a few cashews ontop for protein, they're healthy meals that are filling!. You can heat the left-overs up in the microwave! Most of all, exercise! Go for at least a 30 minute walk everyday!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The easiest thing that worked for me is just to do as much excercise!. Vegetarians usually get rly skinny cus they dont eat nething lol!. Im vegan =D Do excerecise like 20 situps and pushups each morning and night =D peaceWww@Answer-Health@Com
