Belly Fat and Cardio?!


Question: Belly Fat and Cardio!?
I have a LOT of Belly Fat, and LOVE HANDLES!.
I used to be really skinny, because i used to do Cross Country!.
But I quit and now im HUGE!.
If I Run 45 Minutes a day, and eat right, how fast will i see results!?!?

You will probably begin to see results in one to two weeks depending on your dedication and diet!. You might not see weight loss, but if you measure yourself with a tape measure you will probably see fat loss!.

Keep these tips in mind tpp;

Don't eat late at night!.
Eating late at night can cause you to store more fat in your waist and stomach!. Stop eating 3 hours before you go to bed!. If you need a snack, eat something healthy like a piece of fruit or a handful of nuts (unsalted)!.
Eat often, but in small portions!. The less your body peaks and falls on the blood sugar scale, the less likely it will be to overeat and/or store unwanted fat!. Ideally, cut calories, but don
