Question: Is being a Vegan/Vegetarian healthier than a meat eater!?
I hear being a Vegan is so much heather than a meat eater because meat has fat in it, it can make you have heat disease!. I am a Vegan and I just want to know!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

second alot of people dont beleive in God
and if they do then God definately didnt make animals wth emotions to be killled and slaughtered for our taste buds

People were meant to be carnivorous!. God made most of the animals to feed us!. I don't think that it is bad to be Vegan or a meat eater!. I think that Vegans have a harder time getting all of the essential vitamins because they cut out half of their available food!. Just like if a meat eater only ate meat and no veggies, that would be just as bad!. Either way, if you research what food you need to eat as a vegan or meat eater and monitor your meals then I think it would be fine!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, we are told that eating less animal protein is good for us!. My doctor says 3 ozs 3 - 4 times a week is ok!. 1 time beef only!.
I eat a lot of nuts, cashews, almonds I like them!.

ehh, yes and no!. it depends if you do it right!. there's so much protein and nutrients in meat, and if you don't take vitamin supplements then you're only hindering your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
as long as you get the protein you lose from not eating meat, then yes it's healthy!. but eating meat is healthy as long as it's not red meat and it''s lean!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
