Bicep/Tricep weight training...!
Question: Bicep/Tricep weight training!.!.!.
Its been a while since i lifted weights, so i thought i would work biceps and triceps!.!.
60-70 Bicep Curls 20lbs/70-80 Tricep Extensions25lbs/Light Shoulder Workouts/Stretching, I did sets of 10-15 not really any resting!.!.
I know how good workout pain feels, and after the workout i felt great, all tight, blood pumped and all that!.!. 3 days later i still cant really move my arms, i mean man, my biceps are killing me worse, i cant stretch my arms out all the way, is this normal, or could i of over worked them!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

see the Pain makes the training Good!.!.!.
But You forgot the most Important of all!.!.!.!.

Also you might not have warmed up nicely!.!.!.
So You might have strained Your Biceps!.!.!.!.
In worse case u might have Torn up some muscle tissues!.!.!.
Take ur time to recover those biceps!.!.!.!.
What I recommend To u is that U do some isolation exercises not involving biceps!.!.!.!.
Then After some time, when You feel comfortable!.!.!.!.
