Question: What diet worked/works for you!?
hi im just getting back into the gym to lose weight and gain muscle tone!. i need a healthy balanced diet!. can any body suggest any diets that would help me lose the weight but also have the energy that i need to do ebery day stuff!. thanks;-)Www@Answer-Health@Com

The only diet that ever works is simply eating healthy and exercising regularly!.
I've tried low-fat diets and even pills, and they were a waste of time and money!.
Now I just eat a diet full of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and a little meat, and I exercise at least 4 times per week!. I lost weight as soon as I stopped worrying so much about what I was eating and just focused on eating foods that tasted good and made me feel good in the long run!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Low in saturated fat and sugar!. Plenty of fruit/veggies, wholegrains, white meats and a reasonable amount of healthy fats!. Portion control!. Just your basic healthy eating plan!. Fad diets that suggest the total exclusion of certain food groups are usually nonsense!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
dont go on any diet!.!.!.just calorie shift your meals healthily but keep it moderate in portion sizes and eat on time(every 3-4 hrs)!.!.!.added with regular workouts,its a way of life,NOT a diet!.!.!.total change of lifestyle is the only logic approach to get slim & remain slim 4 good!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

no fad diets ever work - no fat, no carb, etc,
you need fats, carbs, etc!., just in the right amounts!
eat whole grains breads, fruits, veggies, lean meats like turkey and chicken, nonfat yogurts and milk, nuts like almonds, etc! Www@Answer-Health@Com

Weight watchers works wonders! if you don't cheat! you have a well balanced diet too!. I lost 1stone in 6 weeks!. I'm on my second now which i hope to do by Sept!. And like you I've also been attending the gym!.!.I got lots of energy!Www@Answer-Health@Com
