I am 154 cm, 40 kilo, 28 years old!. I am very slim and i really hate my self with that especially when i wear my clothes, i start feeling my face also looking not healthy!. the point is that if i eat i can get fatter, but i don't have this appetite!. i am hardly eating 1000 kcal per day!. what should i do !? i would like to gain weight and look prettier!? i dont like to take medicaments like protein etc, i am scared from its disadvantage, i work all day so i can go to gym!. Please any recommendations !? any food with very high calories in small quantity!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well you need to eat 4-6 small meals a day to help you stay focused throughout the day!. You need more calories!. You should also start doing resistance exercises so as to build more muscle!. However muscle needs CALORIES and PROTEIN!.
Since you weigh 88!.8 pounds you need 90 grams of protein and I would suggest you consume 2500 calories from healthy foods!. Restrict yourself from junk food and eat lots of grains such as whole grain, multigrain, rye anything but white, oats, tuna, lean meats such as steak, eggs, chicken, anything that is nutrient dense!. eat a lot of peanuts they have 600 calories!. try eating protein even if you dont like it you need it right now!. dont worry about going to they gym right now!. eat pleanty of meat!.
