Please help with a diet?!
Question: Please help with a diet!?
I am really trying to lose weight and tone up!.
here is what i eat in a day
breakfast: apple (i'm not a morning person so a big breakfast i can not do) and a glass of skim milk
lunch: a turkey sandwich with wheat bread (no mayo or mustard) and carrots
dinner: always different but i never eat red meat!.!.!.and we always have some kind of vegetable!.
and i workout 5 days a week!. and the workout is a dvd called "preventions shortcut to big weight loss workout" it has cardio and strength training, pilates, and kickboxing sculpt!.
is this a healthy way to lose weight!? and how long with it take to lose 15 pounds!?

You're doing awesome! That's a great diet plan, but really try to eat some carbs in the morning!. An apple really doesn't give you much and you need the most carbs in the morning when you break your fast!. I rather you eat two slices of wheat bread and the skim milk and everything else is fine!. Make sure for dinner you eat a different vegetable every once in a while, and try and not eat the same thing for lunch every day!.
Also, make sure you eat some snacks between meals!. 3 hours after one meal, have a granola bar, fruit, milk, etc!.
Otherwise you're doing great and you'll lose 15 pounds in 3-4 months!. You should always aim for 1 pound a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i would say your excersize plan is great but for breakfast you really should have a good sized one because it is the most important meal of the day and you lose more when you eat a healthy meals!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
