Question: How can I make my skin look healthier!?
I've been exercising regularly for the past 3 months but haven't noticed any changes in my skin!. I only lost weight!.

My skin always looked dry and dead!. So what i did for 2 months which did change a lot, i did exercise, but i also but a lot of lotion on my body!. I would put it on when i wake up, after i get out of the shower, the pool, and before i go to bed!. My skin looks SO smooth which i do feel better with my skin!. But, you can try all different things, just depends what your skin can handle!. Every body has different reactions with there skin!. Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
you could exfoliate & moisterize regularly!. taking daily zink suppliments is supposed to help ur ammune system, which also helps ur skin become healthier, to fight against bacteria!. drink 6 to 8 glasses of water every day!. try getting more sleep at night!. healthy eating!. i think people's skin always looks better when tanned, just wear a low spf to prevent skin damage!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
exercise dose help but cut out on salt and sugars dont smoke drink plenty of water,use a lotion on your skin after every shower,wash your face with a moisterizing saop daily!.and body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
drink lots of water, eat healthy (fruits and veggies), go in the steam room after you workout for like 20 mins, use cocoa butter everynight or see a dermatalogist!. ; )Www@Answer-Health@Com
