What's a good workout schedule for me?!
Question: What's a good workout schedule for me!?
I'm 110 pounds and about 5 feet even!. I'm not in bad shape!. !. !. so what do you think would be a good workout!?!? I want some floor stretches and exercises, and I'm going to run across my dam in the back some!. Maybe include trampoline !. !. !. but what do you think!? Can you give me a routine!?

Do anything you like!. If you don't make it fun, chances are you'll get bored of it and not stick to it!. (I for one, reaallly wanna buy a mini trampoline! LOL) If you want something you can do on a rainy/cold day!.!. you can always invest in a workout DVD!. You can do that in your room!. Dance videos are fun and if you enjoy that kind of thing it doesn't feel like you're "purposely" working out!. Just choose the music you enjoy!.
