Question: How long should i work out!?
ive been working out for 2 weeks with sets of 8, for less than 30 mins a night
im 13, turning 14 in 3days
how long should i work out (with 2 sets of 8) a night!?

ok first of all a set is not 1 dumbell!. a set is one session of doing an exercise 8 times then resting for about 30 seconds and continuing again 8 times and thats the second set!. now you should look to do a lot of cardio in order to lose weight evenly!. try doing the treadmill about 30 minutes a day 3-4 days a week!. dont really do sets of an exercise because its only going to work out a certain part of your body as opposed to all over weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
