Is ok to work out every day if your goal is stamina?

My mom does, but she has an awful limping problem. Work out for six days, but leave only one day of the week to recuperate. Believe it or not, your muscles grow larger even when you rest (not for too long, though!). Resting (for a day) has great benefits. It can charge you up for the next workout, give muscle tears to recover, and rid you of most of your pain. So, work out most of the week, but never forget to rest!
