You are off to a good start but look at the following:

-- If you aren't doing your cardio in the morning, try switching to the morning if possible!. Also, look up High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)!. This will make your cardio much more effective!.

-- For your resistance training make sure that you let each body part rest for at least one day before working it again!.

-- Find a workout partner in the gym or talk to one of the gym trainer to get you into a full body workout!. You can go in and work a specific area of your body each day of the week!. For example:

Mon: Chest and Back
Tue: Abs
Wed: Shoulders and Arms
Thu: Abs
Fri: Legs and Back
Sat: Cross Train and Stretch
Sun: OFF

-- For your ab workout, make sure that you are working all four regions!. The two ab programs that I would suggest to look at for starters are Ab Boot Camp and Ab Ripper X (part of Tony Horton's P90X)!. The link for Ab Boot Camp is below and you can usually find the Ab Ripper X dvd on eBay for $10 or less!. Both of these only take about 15-20 minutes to complete!.

-- For toning, try to modify your reps to 12-15 with the last 3 being hard!.

-- Make sure that you have a protein rich meal about 1-2 hours before you go to bed!. No carbs or fat in this meal!. This will give you the building blocks that your body needs to rebuild overnight while you sleep!.

-- Keep your meals small and try to eat 5x per day!. This will help keep your metabolism elevated throughout the day!.

-- Keep your water intake up, initially aim for 3/4 gal!.

Great attitude - keep it up!!

Good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

uh!.!. you're not doing anything wrong!.!.!. it just depends on what you want to work on

1 mile is too little for your run!.!.!. unless you mean you're like sprinting at max speed but I assume you're jogging

jog for an hour instead

use what machines for the body parts you want to work on, eventually switch to using more free weights as they are better for your overall stability

cardio activities can be done everyday, so no you're not doing anything wrong

with weight lifting you'd want to give each muscle part you work a rest, consult a trainerWww@Answer-Health@Com

Everything looks about right, but you will wnat to give your self days to rest otherwise you will actually burn yourself out!. You should definetly workout every other day!. Its the best way!. You may feel like it isint going to be doing you much help haveing days off but trust me it will!.

You should also do interval training which is 100 meter sprint full out!. If you do 4 - 8 or so , it is the equivalent (if not better) than running long distances and it will save you alot of time!.

Good luck :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
