Weight loss help!?
Okay I am a 14 y/o girls who is 5'9" and 155lb. My BMI says 23, and that I am at a healthy weight, but I still have a lot of fat and I want to get fit so are there any specific excercises you would reccomend? I want to lose about 25lb!
I really want to get muscle and cardio up.
I need help in these areas aspecially: thighs, calfs, legs, hips, stomach, and butt.
What do you believe would be a good weight for me, and how can I achieve that goal? I'm a pretty good with self-control, I just want to burn fat and build muscle. I don't want to lose muscle and think I lost 15lb!

Maybe you all don't eunderstand, I'm 5'9", i'm not fat, i just need to tone my bofy and build muscle!
Answers:
all you really need is exercise. try going for a walk or jog every day, starting easy, but getting slowly more intense as time goes on. My stepmom does this and shes at a very healthy weight. And remember, you are beautiful, just the way you are and you dont need to look really skinny.
