Whats the best exercise plan?!


Question: Whats the best exercise plan!?
I'm on holiday in another country for 3 weeks and therefore eating more than I would usually do at home!. But I dont exercise at home!. So I figured if I worked out a lot the impact would be less!. I can do 2 sessions at the gym each day!. with an hour each on the treadmill, 15 minutes on an eliptical and the same lifting light weights!. Would that be sufficient!? can anyone suggest a faster or better way to do this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Man, gotta love the ads that come out on questions like this!.

Our bodies are very efficient, meaning it is easier for it to keep and store calories than to lose it!. For example, a McDonald's Breakfast Burrito is 300 calories!. To work that off, a 144 pound woman would have to do 34 mins of jogging or 45 mins of cycling!

So the FIRST step is to watch what you eat!. Go ahead and eat, but try to limit your portions and eat fewer fatty foods!.

But yes, the total impact will be less by doing some exercise while you're there!.

In the source box I've listed two sites: one gives nutritional info for foods; the other is an activity calculator in which you can enter your weight and time and it'll tell you how many calories you burn doing that activity for that length of time!. I hope it helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com
