Doing 60 push-ups a day every other day will help you to build some muscle, but eventually you'll get to the point where you won't build any more muscle (even if you increase the number of push-ups)!. Weight training is the best exercise for building muscle, and if you want to add muscle to your frame you have to lift heavy and eat a well-balanced diet with LOTS of protein -- and be sure to drink extra water with that high-protein diet!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
this all depends on your current level of muscles!. If you feel completely worn out like your going to die after 60 then doing that many will help them develop!. yes but its not going to happen just like that it will help but you have to do it every day and 60 is a lot try doing 25-50 a day for a month then you should notice you have more strength!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
