Exercises to keep in shape?!


Question: Exercises to keep in shape!?
Hello,

I play a lot of video games, especially in the summer so I wanted a way to stay in shape!. This may sound weird since I am a guy, but I really don't want to gain any muscle even though I am already skinny!. I just want to stay healthy!. I already have changed my eating habits and I am doing jumping jacks and push ups in my room!. Are there any other good exercises without the use of equipments to just help me keep in shape without gaining any muscle!?

Pushups, crunches, Indian squats, lunges, and curling a gallon jug of water in each hand to keep muscles toned but not big!. Indian squats and lunges are what wrestlers use to tone their legs in order to "shoot in" for a take down!. Just put your hands on your hips and look up as you are squatting down slowly and breathe out when you come up!. Try twenty or so reps to start and work your way up!. I read where Ken Shamrock of UFC fame does 500 a day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

muscle is healthy your not making any sense!. if you want to stay skinny keep playing your video games, if your already skinny and you burn anymore calories youll probably be killing yourself!. its not healthy to be skinny at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
