What kind of workouts can i do to get a flat tummy?!


Question: What kind of workouts can i do to get a flat tummy!?
i don't have a "huge" stomatch,but it's a bit pudgy for pigging out over these past couple summer months!.any workouts that you know of specifically for the stomatch!?

and i'm not buying ANYTHING!.no exercise equipment,pills,nothing like that!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

just do 3 sets of 15 sit ups every day or every other day!.
i have been doing that and i already have felt the burn!.

Its hard to lose weight on your stomach!. It mostly has to do with cutting most fat out of your diet!. Doing cardio boosts your metabolism to burn fat faster!. "Tummy exercises" only tone your muscle, not make you lose fat!. But if that's what you're going for, crunches and leg lifts will help too!Www@Answer-Health@Com

When I wanted a flat tummy I did 100 situps once a day, eat peanut butter, and that's pretty much it!.
Peanut Butter can really help make your tummy flatter!. It works for me!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
