Well there are a few things you can do!. 1) Before you try any fat burners you should clean out your colon!. You can lose weight just by cleaning yourself out!. The best product I've found (I work at Vitamin World and I took a nutrition class in college), is psyllium husk!. It's a more natural way to clean out your colon!. After you clean yourself out (you'll know when you're done because you'll have two #2 bowel movements in one day that are more hard then soft!.!.!.sorry to be gross)!. It took me about 2 weeks!. Okay, next, find yourself a good fat burner as long as you don't have any health conditions such as high blood pressure!. The one that personally works for me is Slimquick (this is for women)!. If you're a guy the most popular choice that seems to work is Hydroxycut Hard core!. 3) You want to drink half your body weight in oz of water!. Example: If you're 200 lbs then drink 100 oz of water!. 4) You should make healthy lifestyle changes!. Don't think of it as a diet, but as a lifestyle change!. 5) Cut out pop!. I used to be an avid pop drinker and totally gave it up 3 months ago cold turkey!. I don't have caffine withdraws or anything!. 6) Start taking supplements just as a multi vitamin and a B complex!. Multi will help you with your daily nutritional needs and the B family helps boost your metabolism!. 7) You need to do things to keep active!. I personally don't like to work out either but I try to do things that I may enjoy that doesn't feel like working out!. Like I got one of those giant balls with a work-out DVD!. I also love to dance, even if I'm not good at it, so I got a dancing DVD video to work out to!. 8) Remember there is no magic pill to make you lose weight!. Also, remember that you may lose inches instead of pounds first so don't let the scale discourage you!. I lost a whole dress size but only like 5 lbs!. I just noticed my clothes getting baggier!. Remember that muscle weighs more then fat!. 9) Finally, I had a customer come in and tell me about this liver fat flush that her friend did and she lost 15 lbs in one day!. I am going to do it Thursday so I'll let you know how it goes (it's an all day thing so you need to do it on a day where you don't have to work or anything)!. Here is what you do:

Boil: 8 oz!. cranberry concentrate
2 cinnamon sticks
56 oz!. purified water
1 med!. size ginger root that is peeled then cut into
pieces

After it boils, let simmer for 3 mins!. Then let cool on burner!.
-When it's cool enough you drink 8 oz of the mix you just boiled!. The next hour you drink 8 oz!. of cold, purified water!. You switch every hour for 14 hours between the mix and cold purified water!. That will supposedly flush out your liver

ok well it sounds like you're in a hurry, Ill keep it quick and simple, but it will work for you trust me!.


Drink water, only if possible!. Eat Fruits and Vegetables, Eat skinless, grilled chicken breast!. Eat Cheeses, yogurts and drink milk, low fat on all of those

In the morning, wake up early and do some sort of exercise, walk, jog, run, bike, swim, soccer, just something, then eat!.

Eat smaller meals, and spread them out more and eat more then 3 meals a day, this will boost your metabolism!.

How old are you!? I'd say cut out processed foods completely!!!!! Try whole grains!. Cut out excess sugar and fats and start your day off with a breakfast rich in protein less carbs (unless you're working out at least 4-5 days/wk!. CARDIO!!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

well you can do it but really fast is not the key its more about how much u need to loose and how long do u have to loose it in try this web site there great and it works
