Question: Will this make me lose weight!?
If i drink only water, cut down my food portion, did 100 push ups, sit ups, cruches, jumping jacks, and walked 2 miles a day will i lose weight!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The key to losing weight is burning more calories than you are taking in!. So, I would say yes you probably would shed some weight with your plan!. Cutting down your food portions, drinking more water, and adding exercise are sure ways to shed weight!. This cuts calories because you are eating less (make sure you aren't snacking between meals-this is always hard for me)!. Drinking water is great because it is calorie free, makes you feel full, and it flushes out the excess water you are carrying around!. Also, the exercise you described is great because you are getting cardio which pumps up your heart rate to burn calories and you are also getting toning with the other exercises you described!. You sound like you are well on your way to success!. Be sure not to be too strict though or you could be setting you self up for failure though!. Yes, you will lose weight, but the sudden change in your diet might have an unplesant reaction on your body!. Heres an Idea, stick with drinking only water, but to eat, have salads, protiens, and low-carb grains!.
