Question: Lose weight!!!!!!?
i wanna lose weight ive been running a mile in the middle of the afternoon in 100 degree summer heat but im not seeing improvment ive been trying tostay away from junk foods but i dont know how many calories someones supposed to hav and stuff like that!.i only drink milk gatorade water and sometimes diet coke!.any tips!. also im 14Www@Answer-Health@Com
