What's the best short cardio-vascular workout?


Answers:

spinning burns a lot of calories, but is pretty strenuous. if you are in good shape, try spinning.
walking is good if you are new to exercise.
running also burns a lot of calories and is excellent for you.
the elliptical machine is pretty good, but make sure that your resistance is not low, or you are pretty much doing no work.
running definitely wins though!

remember: some exercise is better than none! so it's good you are making time for just a little :)
