if you are only interested in losing weight!.!.!.!.eat less calories than you burn per day!. but since you dont like exercising, and dont want to diet, you will probably have to take in a very few amount of calories!. but that would also be starving yourself, in which case your body will hold onto every piece of fat you have!.
if you are interested in not only losing weight, but having your body look nice as well, you HAVE to diet and exercise!. harsh truth!. its all there is!. pills dont work!. theres no miracle!. exercising with help give you the toned muscles and flat stomach that you see on people that are in shape!. all the models and actresses exercise and diet!. all of them!.

Anyway, to lose weight, without it feeling like a diet, i recommend eating a large breakfast (dinner for breakfast, if you will), eating a normal sized lunch, and then finish off with a small dinner (breakfast for dinner, if you will)!. Eating small meals every 3 to 4 hours helps also!. This speeds up your metabolism, making your body burn calories faster!. Never wait until you're hungry to eat!. This usually makes a person over-eat because they get so hungry!.!.

I did the sugar buster diet and went from 137 to 114 in a little over 2 months!. I didn't excercise AT ALL, and the beautiful part was, that sort of diet eliminates triglycerides (the fat just under your skin), and you don't have that sagging skin associated with weight loss minus excercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
No The best way to lose weight and keep it off is to execise!. exercise doesn't have to be boring!. Take up playing a sport or go for a run with friends or your ipod!. get into a routine of going for a run say every monday thursday and saturday!. and you will be sweet as!.
