Question: Im 14 and im fat please help me!?
ok im 5 11 probably 180 or so!. i get a little excersize everyday and i try to eat healthy but i just cant!. my parents buy a lot of healthy food and stuff but i still find a way to get junk food!. baseball season is over so i wont be getting excersize from there!. i will try to go to the gym!. please just tell me how i can stop my addiction to junk and shed a few pounds thanxWww@Answer-Health@Com

To loose weight you need to eat healthy!. Dont eat almost anything processed or man made!. Eat vegetables, fruits, pasta, whole wheat bread!. Stay away from pop!. And when you eat anything look at the ingredients for fatting things like High fructose corn syrup!. Also excersise and drick a lot of water!. Run, ride your bike, play sports, and do push ups!. you'll see a big difference!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
How about getting off your obese derriere and doing something other than stewing in front of the computer!?

You have to take responsibility for what you eat! Only you can decide whether you eat an apple or eat Little Debby Snack Cakes!.
