Question: What is the best exercise to lose excess weight/tone up on the tummy, bum and thighs!?
Not really any need to elaborate here!. What is the best exercise to lose excess weight/flab on the tummy, bum and thighs!?
I basically just want to tone up on those areas, i'm not at all overweight or really that flabby, just want to maintain a good weight and tone up :)
I want some good and do-able suggestions, i!.e!. sit-ups for x amount of time, cycling, swimming, etc!?

i'm not too familiar on thigh and bum exercises, so my advice is pretty much going to be rubbish!.

but my advice would be specifically target those areas by constructing specific exercises for them (use ur imagination)

you cant "spot lose" meaning if you are losing weight, you will lose it all over!. Best way to do this and tone those thighs and tummy, I suggest running!. Running hills will help your butt and thighs!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
