Question: Why have I lost weight during my two week break from working out!?
I have been working out for the last 5 months!. I have been going to the gym 4-5 times per week and have lost 28 pounds!. For the last two weeks I have taken a break from exercise and expected that I would have gained 5-10 pounds during this time because I wasn't watching what I ate!. However, to my surprise, I lost another 3 pounds!. Can anyone explain this to me!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

With a faster resting heart rate, that means you are burning more calories just sitting there than you did before! your body's weight can vary greatly throughout the day!. you can lose a couple lbs by using the restroom or sweating!. you can put it on by eating and drinking!. it could be this or that your diet is causing you to lose muscle but i think it was the firstWww@Answer-Health@Com
