Question: Will this help me loose weight!?
okay!. i am about 5'8 and 178 pounds!. overweight, yes i know!.

i'd like to loose 53 pounds BY 2009 and if not then by the end of the school year!. because at the end of the school year we have a big dance and i'd like to look decent in a dress!.

until i reach my ideal weight, i am only going to be eating one meal a day, then yogurt later when i get hungry!. with plenty of water and exercise!. no sweats or pop!.


how long do you think it will take to loose this much weight and how much weight do you think i will loose before august 27th!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm 140 lbs and I'll tell you how to get this way!.
Go buy the Nivea Goodbye Cellulite gel and patches (as you lose weight, you will need the gel)!. The patches come with a free workout DVD!. It's amazing!. The instructor is really good at keeping you motivated, and you need no props for it!. Just a simple in-home routine that targets abs, thighs and booty!.
Remember that working out too much is hazardous!. Ideally, workout 3-4 days a week!.

Don't be skipping meals, your body still needs every single food group, just no junk food!.
Here's my ideal day:

I would see a doctor for professional tips so that you can lose as much weight as possible IN A SAFE AND HEALTHY WAY!

What I generally do to lose some weight:
-Eat 5, smaller meals throughout the day instead of 3 big meals!.
-Stop drinking any sugar drinks (pop, lemonade, etc!.)!.
-Drink lots of water (it helps suppress your appetite and increases your metabolism)!.
-Exercise! I'm not saying you need to go get a personal trainer, BowFlex, or LifeTime fitness membership!. When you get bored/hungry, go talk a walk/run!. Walking is great because it gives you time to think, increases your metabolism, and you don't have to change your clothes/shower when you do it!.

Those are all easy ways to lose some weight!. They don't cut into your life style to terribly but will definitely help you to lose weight!.

As for areas that have more fat than others, lifting is the only way to tighten up those areas!. Bench press will help you to tighten your chest while crunches and sit ups will help you tighten your stomach!.
