LET SAY I EAT 300 CALORIES AND A DO ABOUT 500 SITUPS AND LET SAY I EAT AND I DO SITUP AFTER EVERYTIME I EAT BUT I DO MORE SITUPS THAN I EAT CALORIES WIIL I LOSE 15-20 POUND BY AUG18Www@Answer-Health@Com

No!. Unless you are obese, it is impossible to lose that much weight so quickly!. If you are eating less than your BMR, which for teenagers, is around 1800, you will not lose weight at all!. If you do, you will be losing muscle and bone, not fat!.

Your BMR is the number of calories that your body needs to make your organs work and to regenerate bone and muscle cells (as well as encourage further growth, since you aren't done getting taller and leaner yet!)!. If you eat less than your 1800calories, your body will store everything that you put into it as fat because that takes longer to break down than the food you put in, and the body's goal is to stay alive as long as possible!. Its a survival technique known as "starvation mode" which really indicates a slowing of the metabolism!.

To lose weight, just eat those 1800cal per day, and get lots of exercise! Stay away from white bread, pasta, white rice, potatoes, and sweets!. Go for fruits and vegetables!.

In 3!.5 weeks, you could lose about 7-8lbs!. Just work hard, and take care of yourself! =) Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

First off, good luck finding ANYTHING that's only 300 calories!. Even some healthy granola cereals are about 300, so let's throw that out the window!. Also, sit-ups aren't very effective!. They do burn some fat, but there are better stronger exercises!. I'd say no, but you can try anyway!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Your question is very hard to follow, but sit-ups don't burn many calories!. You need to do cardio and get your heart rate elevated in order to burn more calories!.

I'd say you should be able to lose about 10 pounds by the 18th!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

but who says it would be fat!? if you loose 20 15 of that will be muscle and water weight
and then youll look really scrawny and be very weak

I've heard that situps only burn sugar, but doesn't necessarily burn enough calories to get to the fat!. It just builds muscles!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

sit-ups build muscle!. They don't burn fat so i would start running and thats when youll just shed pounds!. But 300 cals is not healthy at all!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
