Answers:
i just looked it up and yah like the other guy said its crystallization of fat!.!.!. im changing my workout plan dude!.!.!.
if the muscle gets tired to where u cant lift it again then you reached the maximum potential to gain muscle for the time periodWww@Answer-Health@Com

"feel the burn!." This saying is complete crap!. I have noticed that while working out, it is extremely easy to feel the burn with calves and abs!. It is a little more difficult to feel with bicep and tricep, and it is very hard to feel with chest!. I am not saying that this is a proven fact, its just how i feel!. However, it is not important to feel the burn!. What matters is how hard your muscles are working, and if it is really hard to get that last rep up, they are working pretty damn hard!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if u do a cardio work out, u will feel it in your legs and some times in your arms like if you are doing laps in the pool you will feel it every where!. if u lift weights, u will feel alot of the burn in your arms!. it all depends on what kind of work out u do and how long u do it for!. but if u are so used to it, u wont really feel the burnWww@Answer-Health@Com

Hi !. If you don`t get the "burn", then you are effectively wasting your time!. When your muscles are stretched to breaking point, the fibres tear ever so slightly!. When your body rebuilds them, it makes them stronger than they were, so they end up bigger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeahh Both Really ,, You Either Struggle at doing your reps or you can just feel it Lol ,, Maybe People get both !.Www@Answer-Health@Com

urm, when you feel burning, its actually the crystallisation of fat cells!.!.!.!.so no not reallyWww@Answer-Health@Com
