How do you make a personal workout routine?!


Question: How do you make a personal workout routine!?
I want to have a daily workout routine, but I don't know exactly what to do!. I'm not fat, I just want to be healthy and build up my muscles!. I need to know things I can do at home or near my house (as in jogging around the block and stuff) because I don't have a license yet so I can't drive to a gym!. As of now, I don't have any workout machines at home, so I need exercises to do in place of those!. I'm not that great at jogging and running because I get cramps really easy, but I don't think I'm THAT out of shape!. It might be because I don't breathe enough!. If you have any suggestion about that, please let me know too, because that would really help!. Pretty much all I want is a daily workout routine that burns fat and builds up muscles that I can do even during the school year!. If you know any websites or anything, please let me know!. When I was in high school, I had the same problem!. I was tall and too thin!. No fat, but no muscle, either!. I started doing Olympic crunches (lay on the floor with your hands above your head - under the edge of a couch or something heavy - and pull your legs up - bending knees - till your thighs are vertical)!. You can also do this with your legs to the side (on each side) so you will also work on the ab muscles on the sides!. To build your arms slightly (but not bulk) stand about 3 feet away from a wall, put your hands on the wall and do a "push up"!. As you get stronger, stand further from the wall!.To strengthen and tone your calves, stand on the edge of a step (toes and ball of your feet on the step) and flex your feet!. You let your weight take your heels lower then the step, and then go back up to stand on your tip toes!. You can also do this with your heels slightly closer together then your toes, and slightly wider then your toes to work all 3 muscles in your calves!. Last, (but not least) a lot of stretching will lengthen and tone your muscles - giving you a long and lean look!. Hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com
