Sure!. You want to do it the healthy way!? I admire that!. Are you ready to work your *** off!?!? Are you a beginner, intermediate or advanced when it comes to working out!? That will determine your target heart rate and the types of exercises I would give you to make it happen!. I would consult a personal trainer for a program!. Here's a basic idea of what you need to do:

Wake up!. Do 30-45 mins cardio before you eat!. Go about your day!. Go back to the gym around 5pm!. Do 45 mins of weight training!.

Do your cardio 5 days a week, and strength training 4-5 days a week!. Take one full day for rest!. Eat 5-6 small, healthy meals a day!. Snack healthy!. Eat breakfast!. Have a small dinner!. Don't eat 3 or 4 hours before bed!. Cut out all junk food/sweets/pop!.

Buy a magazine like Oxygen to make a workout program if you can't afford a trainer!. It also has diet information!. A book, like "the Eat Clean Diet" worked great for me!.

Stick to your program!. It takes dedication, and you need to see it through!. The weight will come off easily at first, if you're a beginner, but you will eventually hit a plateau, at which time you need to mix it up and challenge your muscles in a new way!. Don't give up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
