Question: How to lose 5lbs in a week!?!?
im 16 and weigh 180lbs can i lose 5lbs in a week by doing the south beach diet and walking and cardio in morning , weight training and swiming, platies in afternoon, doing a workout and walking an hour at night can i lose 5lbs or more in a weeks (plus i have a slow metablism)Www@Answer-Health@Com
