hi, Poohbaby

My answer is YES they will help you, BUT only if you combine them with food regime and most of all with training for butt!.

Exercises for butt you can find in internet or just go to the gym and ask some fitness instructor for help!.

They will give you the most accurate answer and make you proper program!.

I will give you some tips:
1) Do cardio!.
3 or 4 times a week after weight training if you do that kind of training or in the morning before you make your breakfast!.

Doing cardio is very important if you want to make the features of your but more visible!.

If you are naturally thin than may be cardio is not a good idea!.

2) Make exercises for butt or for all of your body!.

This will give you weight in butt!.
2 or 3 times a week if you are going to train only butt!.

3) Make a diet!.

Make a good food regime!. This is the key to success!.
It is properly made than be sure your results wont be late!.

I hope this was useful information and you will be able to achieve your goal!.
Good Luck!.
