Can running get rid of stomach, thigh, and calf fat?
Just wondering because im trying to help my friend get fit over summer! any help will help!!

Well theoretically yes. When you run, you burn calories, which burns fat. When you lose fat, you lose it all over your body. People often think that you can spot reduce (lose weight from one area), but this isn't true. So yes running does get rid of fat, but even if you do run, it won't make up for a bad diet. So make sure that your friend is eating healthy as well. Good luck!
