In the morning, you need a lot of fiber and protein!. So I recommend :

1 cup Multi-grain cheerios ( very nutritious )
1 serving of fruit ( a handful )
1 cup of skim or soy milk ( high, high calcium and vitamins )

eggs, the yolk and the white!. It can grow an embryo to a chick!.

fresh-from-the-cow milk, It has every single nutrient and bacteria to sustain life!.

healthy cereal!.

by the way the grade A eggs from the store have no nutrients, they come from chicken that never saw daylight and all they eat is feed with antibiotics!.

My favorite breakfast is:
I cup fresh blueberries with 8oz light vanilla yogurt
and
1 cup plain cheerios with 1/2 c fat free milk
and
1 16!.9oz bottle of Dasani water with a squirt of fresh lime!Www@Answer-Health@Com

how about crumpets with low fat spread, quick tasty and very low fatWww@Answer-Health@Com
