Question: How long will it take to loose 10 pounds!?
i am 9!.1 stone and would like to be 8!.5 or less
i go to the gym for about 2 hour a day btw so how long should it takeWww@Answer-Health@Com

a healthy weight loss is 2-2!.5lb a week, anymore than that and you are overdoing it, so it shold take just over a month too healthily lose 10lb!. over working at the gym can cause damage too so make sure you have days off or at least vary the muscles you excercise!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on what your lifestyle is like right now and what kind of lifestyle you are thinking of pursuing!.

You need to consume your BMR (which can be calculated at the attached link) each day, and your exercise will give you a "deficit"!. Use the link attached to see how many calories you are burning per work out these are your deficit!. After a few days, your deficit will reach 3500calories - which means Hooray! You've lost a pound =) Be careful, though, your deficit should not exceed 1000calories in a single day!.

At that rate, you should lose 10lbs in roughly 5 weeks =)

everyone loses weight at different rates but if you work out so much it should shed pretty quick, if you are eating healthy it shouldnt take more than couple of months, remmeber if u try loseing weight too fast ur body may not be ready for it and backfire with muscle-wasting and other neg!. side effects of quick-weight loss!. take ur time and do it at ur body's pace and stay motivated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
