Question: I want to lose 80 pounds by Christmas,and its almost august how do i do it and quick!.!?
Answers:
You are setting yourself up to fail because this is an extremely unrealistic goal!.
Set a goal that is realistic!. I find it much more effective to set a goal about my lifestyle rather than a goal weight!. It is easier to focus on everyday!.
My goal is to walk for at least half an hour everyday, do exercises at home and eat a balanced diet!. So far I have lost about 6 kilos in two months!.
If you stuff up one day just get back into the next day!.!.!. the biggest mistakes are
1) "I'll start tomorrow"!.!.!.!. NO START NOW
2) "oh well!. I've had one biscuit I might as well just have another one"
and
3) " I walked for over an hour today so I can have take away for tea"
Think about every decision on it's own not based on what else you have done!. For example, rather than "I walked for over an hour so I'll have take away" tell yourself "A nice tuna salad is much better than take away regardless of how much I walked"

There is no way to lose that much that quick safely!. I would start with a smaller goal of losing 20 pounds, then when you reach that goal shoot for another 20 and so on till you get to the weight you desire!. Unfortunately you won't lose 80 by christmas, but even if you lose half that by exercise and diet i promise you will feel great!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
I don't know about 80 pounds, but if you eat lean protien and tons of veggies and cut out carbs and sugar, heavily limit fruit, you should drop quite a few!. Also, watch you portion sizes!

Limit your diet, carbs,calories, food intake!. obey serving size suggestions, they are on the back of pretty much anything you eat!. Do some exercise like walking or yoga!. You'll lose some weight!.
