if I jump rope how long should I each day and how long until my butt and legs get toned????

jumping rope is a great combination of aerobic and anarobic exercise, a slow pace will work wonders. Start off for 10 minutes a day for one week, then add five minutes each week there after. So in a month you should be jumping rope for 25 minutes at a time. Good luck you will see great and I mean great results!
