I just went power walking...?
i just went power walking and it was my first time. I went for about 15 mins (thats all i could do!) and the only thing that hurt was my calves...(spelling lol) nothing else hurt. My aim is so lose weight off my thighs, butt and stomach. Is it a good idea to start power walking and work my way up to jogging? I'm eating healthier too :) will i lose weight before i tone up? im not fat but i just want some areas to be a bit slimmer. thanks for the help!

15 minutes is not near long enough to lose weight. You need to at least double that.
